Samuel W. Kitchen Jr., 76, of rural Keosauqua died at 4 a.m. Monday, Feb. 27, 2006 at home. A graveside service is set for 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Batavia Cemetery in Batavia. Mr. Kitchen was born Oct. 12, 1929, in Lockridge, the son of Samuel Sr. and Vernie Maring Kitchen.
