KALONA - LeRoy McArtor, 77, of Wellman, died Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2005, at Parkview Manor in Wellman, following a brief illness.      A memorial service will begin at 1 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 26, at Peterseim Funeral Home in Kalona, with the Rev. KALONA - Waldo R. Fisher, 85, of Kalona, died Monday, Nov. 21, 2005, at Pleasantview Home in Kalona, following a lengthy illness.      A memorial service will begin at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 29, at Pleasantview Home in Kalona, with the Rev. TIPTON - Elaine "Franny" Regennitter, 55, of Bennett, died Monday, Nov. 21, 2005, at University of Iowa Hospitals in Iowa City, after a battle with brain cancer.      Funeral services will begin at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, Nov. 23, at Fry Funeral Home in Tipton. Rex Nafziger, 82,of Amarillo, Texas, formerly of West Burlington, died at 7:10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 17, 2005, at the Veterans Hospital in Amarillo.      The memorial service was at 11 a.m. today at Schoolers Funeral Home in Amarillo.
