"Kay" Stewart, 87, of Washington, died Saturday, Oct. 29, 2005, at Washington County Hospital, following a lengthy illness.      Funeral services will begin at 1:30 p.m., Friday, Nov. 4, at United Presbyterian Church in Washington, with the Rev.
