Richard "Swede" Pailiotet, 72, of Palmdale, Calif., formerly of Riverside, died Aug. 17, 2005, as a result of an accident in which a tow truck hit his vehicle head on.      The funeral service and burial were Sept. 1, at Forest Lawn in Glendale, Calif.      Mr. Pailiotet was born on March 27, 1933, to Joseph and Mary (Florang) Pailiotet of Riverside.
