Samuel John Curnow, 75, of Postville, died Thursday, Dec. 15, 2005 at his home.      Funeral arrangements are pending at Schutte Funeral Home in Postville.      Curnow attended Iowa Wesleyan College for one year in 1948-49 and also attended the University of Iowa.      He was a retired Lt. Col. in the U.S. Army.

LONE TREE - William John Koedam, 76, of Midway, Ark., formerly of northwest Iowa, died Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2005, at his son's home in Lone Tree.      Memorial services were held this morning.
