Erma Jacobson Wharton, 81, of El Camp, Texas, and formerly of Lockridge, died Sunday, Nov. 6, 2005, in El Campo.      Mrs. Wharton graduated from Lockridge High School. She married Grant Wharton Jr. He died in March 2002.      Survivors include three children, Diane, Katherine and Thomas; and five grandchildren.

KALONA - Marguerite "Mickey" Hohenshell, 77, of Wellman, died Friday, Dec. 9, 2005, at Parkview Manor in Wellman, following a brief illness.      Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Joetown at a later date.      Mrs. Hohenshell was born May 16, 1928, to Wesley and Carrie (Rowe) Butterbaugh in Wellman. SURPRISE, Ariz. - Lawrence C. Harland, 86, of Surprise, Ariz., formerly of Washington, died Dec. 3, 2005.      Graveside services were held Dec. 7 in West Resthaven Park Cemetery in Glendale, Ariz.      Mr. Harland was born Jan. 10, 1919, in Mt. Vernon, Ill., to Alvie and Effie Mae Harland. He married Myrtle Wenger in 1945.
