LONE TREE - Violet Kathryn Wildish, 85, of Lone Tree, died Sunday, Aug. 7, 2005, at Lone Tree Health Care Center.      As Mrs. Wildish requested, there will be no services and the body has been cremated. A general memorial has been established at Sorden-Lewis Funeral Home in Lone Tree.      Mrs. Wildish was born on Jan. 26, 1920, in Sunbury, to Edward and Amanda (Alpen) Hamann.
