Maxine "Pat" Campbell, 88, of St. Louis, Mo., formerly of Fairfield, died Sunday, Oct. 30, 2005, at St. Louis.      A memorial service is scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday at the Raymond Funeral Home in Fairfield, with the Rev.
