Wilma Spicer, 81, of Mesa, Ariz. died Oct. 14, 2005 at her home. She was born Dec. 6, 1923 in Illinois, the daughter of Ross and Harriet Hines of Mt. Pleasant. She married Wayne Spicer in 1946.
