Cecil W. Frost, 98, of Mission, Texas, died Sunday, Sept. 11, 2005 at Midland Hospice Care in Topeke, Kansas.      There was no visitation or service per his request. Alberta Nelson, 85, of New London Nursing and Rehab Center, died at 3:50 a.m. Monday, Sept. 19, 2005, at Great River Medical Center in West Burlington.      The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 23 at Bethany Lutheran Church in Wenona, Ill., with Pastor Greg Swenson officiating.
