Charles "Charlie" V. Brown, 51, of New London, died at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 20, 2005, at Henry County Health Center in Mt. Rose M. Childs, 79, of Washington died, Saturday, Aug. 20, 2005, at her home following declining health.      Funeral services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 23, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Washington with the Rev.
