SALEM, Ore. - Evelyn Marie Lacey, 77, of Salem, Ore., died March 6, 2005.      Funeral services were held March 11, 2005, at Restlawn Funeral Home in Salem, Ore.      Mrs. Lacey was born March 11, 1927, to Wade and Garnet Sinn in Wayland. She married her first husgand, Gene, in Oregon during World War II. He preceded her in death in 1966. She married Jim Lacey in 1969.
