KALONA - Mary Jane Hershberger, 89, of Kalona, died Friday, Feb. 25, 2005, at Pleasantview Home in Kalona, following a lengthy illness. A Celebration of Life service will be held Tuesday, March 1, 2005, at 10 a.m., at Sunnyside Conservative Mennonite Church in Kalona, with the Rev. John King, the Rev. David L. Yoder, and the Rev. Dale Mast officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in rural Kalona.

KEOTA - Raymond H. Bombei, 86, of Keota, died Thursday, Feb. 24, 2005, at Maplewood Manor in Keota following a lengthy illness. A memorial Mass was held today, at Holy Trinity Parish-Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in rural Harper. Burial was in Ss. Peter and Paul Cemetery in rural Harper. Memorial funds have been established for Maplewood Manor, Ss. Peter and Paul Church and Hospice of Washington County.
