Hazel Ellery Turner Montgomery, 102, a lifelong resident of Fairfield, died at 5:10 a.m. Saturday, May 7, 2005, at Parkview Care Center in Fairfield, where she had been a resident since 2002.      A memorial service is tentatively scheduled for July 16 at the First Presbyterian Church. In accordance with her wishes, the body has been willed to the University of Iowa College of Medicine. Memorials have been
