Joy Gerst, 44, of Burlington, died at 6 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 6, 2005, at her home.      The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 10 at Prugh's Chapel in Burlington, with the Rev. David Duane Baxter, 44, of Mt.
