Warren W. Martin, 82, of Keokuk, died at 3:15 a.m. Friday, Dec. 10, 2004, at his home.      The memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 14, at All Saints Catholic Church in Keokuk, with the Rev.
