Richard Allan Stephens, 72, of Washington, died Friday, Feb. 25, 2005, at his home following a battle with polio.      The funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 1 at Ainsworth Community Church in Ainsworth, with the Rev. LEON - Robert M. Johnson, 77, of Rogers, Ark., formerly of Washington, died Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2005, at his home.      Funeral services were held Saturday, Feb. 19, 2005. Burial was in Van Wert Cemetery in Van Wert, with military honors accorded.      Mr. Johnson was born Jan. 5, 1928, to Samuel Clyde and Vera Johnson. He married Beverly Houck on Feb. 18, 1951.
