LANCASTER, Ohio-Myrla Taylor, 87, of Lancaster, Ohio, died on Monday, Oct. 4, 2004, at Crestview Manor Nursing Home.      A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church in Lancaster, with the Rev.
