Galloway, 77, of Oswego, Ill., died Saturday, Dec. 11, 2004, at Rush-Copley Medical Center.      Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 20, at Ward-Van Slyke Colonial Chapel in Clear Lake. Carol A. Blacksmith, 79, of Donnellson, died at 1:25 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 12, 2004, at his home.      The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 16, at the Hofbauer-Schmitz-Lynk Funeral Home in Donnellson with the Rev. Warren W. Martin, 82, of Keokuk, died at 3:15 a.m. Friday, Dec. 10, 2004, at his home.      The memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 14, at All Saints Catholic Church in Keokuk, with the Rev. Paul Connolly officiating. Burial will be at a later date. There will be no visitation. The body has been donated to the University of Iowa for medical research. Mary Virginia Raines, 88, formerly of Mt. Pleasant, died at 7:13 a.m. Friday, Dec. 10, 2004, at Parkview Home in Wayland.      The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 14 at Weir and Kimzey Funeral Home in Mt.
