Alvin O. Mosbo, 91, of St. Peter, Minn., died Tuesday, July 13, 2004, at the Community Health Care Center in St. Peter.      The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, July 19 at the Swedesburg Evangelical Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Carol Brough Golson, 56, of New London, formerly of New Jersey, died Tuesday, July 13, 2004, at New London Nursing and Reahab.      There will be no formal service in Iowa.
