Robert Allen "Bob" Skrukrud, 66, of Mt. Union, died Saturday, July 10, 2004, at his home.      The graveside service will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 14 at the Elmwood Cemetery in Morning Sun with the Rev. Harlan W. Polly Jane Mauck, 77, formerly of Mt. Pleasant, died Sunday, July 11 at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines.      A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 21 in the PEO Memorial Rooms at Iowa Wesleyan College. WATERLOO-Amy A. Allen, 36, of Des Moines, died Monday, July 12, 2004, at home, of congenital heart failure.      Funeral services were held Friday in Waterloo. Burial was in Mt.
