WINFIELD?Treva M. Hultquist, 74, of rural Winfield died Friday, Sept. 3, 2004, at her home.      Funeral services were held today. Burial was in Swedesburg Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family encourages memorials for the Swedesburg Lutheran Church.      Mrs. Hultquist was born on July 15, 1930, near Kalona, to C. Harold and Geneva (Gingerich) Bontrager. KALONA - Ruth Kauffman, 85, of Dresden, Kan., formerly of Kalona, died Thursday, Sept. 2, 2004.      Funeral services were held today. Burial was in Sharon Hill Cemetery in Kalona.
