Erma E. Metzger, 95, of Washington, died Friday, Dec. 12, 2003, at Washington Care Center in Washington, following a brief illness.      No funeral services are planned. Arrangements are by Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington.      Mrs. Metzger was born April 23, 1908, to Allie and Ida (Carter) LeFever in Wellman. She married Fred H. Metzger on Dec. 8, 1947.
