Douglas Harlan Brunmeier, 57, of Fort Madison, died at 11:45 a.m. on Thursday, March 4, 2004, at his home.      A memorial service will be at a later date in Norfolk, Neb. The body has been cremated. Wanda B. Miller, 87, of Olds, died on Saturday, March 6, 2004, at the Henry County Health Center in Mt.
