WELLMAN - John David Durst Sr., 89, of Wellman, died Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2003, at Parkview Manor in Wellman, following a brief illness.      Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 17, at Powell Funeral Home in Wellman, with the Rev. Emil Henry Warth, 71, of Danville, died at 11 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2003, at Great River Medical Center in West Burlington.      There will be no formal service. The body has been cremated.
