Richard Lee Dearing, 86, of Donnellson Health Center, formerly of Fort Madison, died at 6:30 a.m. on Sunday, June 15, 2003, at the center.      The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 18 at Barr Memorial Chapel in Fort Madison, with the Rev.
