Dwain Leroy White, 72, of Mesa, Ariz., formerly of Washington, died Sunday, June 15, 2003, at Hospice of the Valley in Mesa, Ariz.      Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 28, at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Memorials may be directed to the American Diabetes Association.

Ella Eugenia Smith, 89, of Arlington, Va., died Sunday, June 15, 2003.      Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington is in charge of arrangements. Burial will be in Elm Grove Cemetery.

Griffin, 74, of Fredonia, died Tuesday, June 17, 2003, at Veteran's Administration Medical Center in Iowa City.      Graveside services will be held on Friday, June 20, at 10 a.m. at Indian Creek Cemetery. Richard Lee Dearing, 86, of Donnellson Health Center, formerly of Fort Madison, died at 6:30 a.m. on Sunday, June 15, 2003, at the center.      The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 18 at Barr Memorial Chapel in Fort Madison, with the Rev. Barbara Krueger officiating. The body will be cremated following the service. A private burial will be at a later date in Soldiers Circle, Oakland Cemetery

Frances R. Hast, 81, of Moline, Ill.formerly of Silvis, Ill., died on June 15, 2003, at Rosewood Health Care in Moline, Ill.      A private funeral service will be held with burial at Roselawn Memorial Estates in Moline. William H. Graham, 53, of Sperry, died of cancer at 6:20 a.m. on Sunday, June 15, 2003, at his sister's home in Clinton, Ark.      The funeral service will be at noon on Thursday, June 19 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Clinton.      Survivors include a daughter, Jessica Crawley of Sperry; a son; two grandchildren; and a sister, Violet Overstreet of Clinton.      He was preceded in death by his parents.
