Burrows, 40, of Albuquerque, formerly of Kalona, died Saturday, Sept. 27, 2003, at home, following an apparent heart attack.      Celebration of life services will be held on Friday, Oct. 3, at 1 p.m., at Church of the Nazarene in Iowa City, with the Rev. Frances A. Oliver 91, of Aledo, died Monday Sept. 29, 2003 at the Mercer County Nursing Home in Aledo. Sylvester Frank Cermak, 85, of Oak Brook, Ill., died on Sept. 28, 2003.      The funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 1 at Mayslake Chapel in Oak Brook, Ill.
