WELLMAN - Velma Mae Bender, 85, of Wellman, died Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2003, at Parkview Manor in Wellman, following a brief illness.      Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 27, at Wellman Mennonite Church in Wellman, with the Rev. RICHLAND-Luella Bray, 93, of Keota, formerly of Richland, died Tuesday, Sept. 23, 2003, at Maplewood Manor in Keota.      Private funeral services will be held on Saturday at Gould Funeral Home in Richland, with Dick and Rose Kessler officiating. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery in Richland. Open visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. on Friday. A memorial has been established for the Lightning and Thunder Ministry.

Roscoe E. Calloway, 91, of Mt. Pleasant, died on Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2003, at Park Place Long Term Care Unit in Mt. Pleasant.      The memorial service will be at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 27 at Olson Powell Memorial Chapel in Mt. Pleasant. KALONA - June Elizabeth Williams, 68, of Kalona, died Monday, Sept. 22, 2003, at University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City, from complications of cancer.      Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 25, at Kalona Mennonite Church, with the Revs. Scott Swartzendruber and Mick Murray officiating.
