IOWA FALLS-Roger "Bruce" Lord, 84, of Iowa Falls, died Friday, Aug. 29, 2003, at Ellsworth Municipal Hospital in Iowa Falls.      Services were held yesterday in Iowa Falls. The body was donated to science. Linn's Funeral Homes Iowa Falls Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Richard Allen (Dick) Nihart, 78, of Des Moines and formerly of Mt. Pleasant, died Sept. 3, 2003 after a long illness.      Funeral services will be Saturday, Sept. 6 at 2 p.m. at the United Methodist Church in Washington with the Rev. Mark Young officiating. Edith Louise Diers, 95, of Wayland, died at 1 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 3, 2003, at the Jefferson County Hospital in Fairfield.      The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 6 at the Hope Lutheran Church in Germanville, with the Revs. Marvin Mueller and David Franker officiating. Richard Allen "Dick" Nihart, 78, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 3, 2003, after a long struggle with failing health. He had been living for the past two years near his youngest daughter in the Des Moines area. Vercie Colombia Giberson, 91, of New London, formerly of the Stockport and Glasgow area, died at the New London Nursing and Rehab Center.      The graveside service was at 10 a.m. today at the Hickory Grove Cemetery northeast of Stockport.
