LOVELAND, Colo.-Philip R. Wanerus, 80, of Loveland, Colo., died June 11, 2003, at Lake McKee Medical Center in Loveland, Colo.      Funeral services were held on Saturday, June 14. Rupe, 99, of Bloomfield, died Tuesday, June 24, 2003, at Davis County Hospital in Bloomfield.      Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 28, at Wagler Funeral Home in Bloomfield, with the Rev. Mary Lucille Kirkpatrick Roth, 78, of Loveland, Colo., died on Saturday, June 21, 2003 at her home after a short bout with cancer.      Services will be held at Grace Presbyterian Church in Colorado Springs at 9 a.m. on Saturday, June 28, 2003. Daniel M. Moore, 53, 412 North Main Street, Mt. Pleasant, died Saturday, June 21, 2003, at his residence.      A funeral service for Daniel Moore will be held at 1:30 P.M. on Wednesday, June 25, at the First Baptist Church, 100 East Webster Street, Mt.
