Ethel P. Stephens, 90, of Washington, died on Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2003, at Halcyon House Health Care Center in Washington, following a lengthy illness.      The funeral service was held on Feb. 8 at Ainsworth Community Church, with the Rev. Scott Nesbitt officiating.

COLUMBUS JUNCTION - Anna Brown, 96, of Columbus Junction, died Monday, Feb. 17, 2003, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City.      Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 20, at Stacy-Lewis Funeral Home in Columbus Junction, Iowa. Burial will be in the Columbus City Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. A memorial has been established at the funeral home.
