Theodore Wesley Meyer, 95, of Washington, died Thursday, May 15, 2003, at United Presbyterian Home, following a brief illness.      Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, May 19, at United Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Dr. Leonard H. Blackwell, 81, of Washington, died Friday, May 16, 2003, at his home, following a lengthy illness.      Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, May 18, at Immanuel Lutheran Church, with the Rev. William Harry Naab, 59, of Mount Pleasant, died on Tuesday, May 13, 2003, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City following a year-long battle with cancer.      A memorial Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 17, at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church in Mount Pleasant, with a luncheon following in Manning Hall. Deatsch, 88, of rural Riverside, died Tuesday, May 13, 2003, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City, following a brief illness.      Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 17, at 12:30 p.m., at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Richmond, with the Rev. Opal A. Miller, 83, of New London, formerly of Lockridge, died on Saturday, May 10, 2003, at the New London Nursing and Rehab Center following declining health.      The memorial service will be today at 7 p.m. at the Beatty Funeral Home in Mt. Ralph B. Piper, 75, of Mt. Pleasant, died at 3:02 p.m. on Sunday, May 11, 2003, at the Great River Medical Center in West Burlington.      The funeral will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 14, at the Forest Home Cemetery chapel, where burial will take place. Orah Henry Vander Martin, 55, of Mountain Lakes, N.H., formerly of the Mt. Pleasant and Salem areas, died at his home April 22, 2003, of cancer.      A memorial service was held May 4 in New Hampshire, and a local service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, May 24, at the Salem Friends Church. Memorials may be made in his name to the American Cancer Society.

Darby, 63, of Washington, died Sunday, May 11, 2003, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City.      Funeral services have been set for 11 a.m. on Wednesday, May 14, at First Christian Church, with the Rev.
