Jessie Mae Mangold, 99, of Rice Lake, Wis., and formerly of Washington, died Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2003, at Rice Lake Convalescent Center in Rice Lake, Wis.      Private family services will be held Monday, Feb. 17, with the Rev. Mabel M. Lane, 96, of Mt. Pleasant, died Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2003, at the Pleasant Manor Care Center in Mt.
