Paul Duane McArtor, 74, of Washington, and formerly of Olds, died Friday, Feb. 7, 2003, at his home, following a lengthy illness.      Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 11, at United Presbyterian Church in Washington, with the Rev. Ron McMenamin officiating. Burial with military rites will be in St. Alphonsus Cemetery in Mt. Pleasant, at 2 p.m. Tuesday. Visitation will continue through 9 p.m.
