Fredrick William "Fred" Wilson, 69, of Spring Grove, Ill., and formerly of Washington, died Dec. 8, 2002, at his home.      Mr. Wilson was born Oct. 24, 1933, in Washington. He was the owner of Fred's Mobile Services in Fox Lake, Ill., for 42 years, and was vice president of Artemes Sportsman's Club.

DURANT - Florence A. Coder, 83, of Muscatine, and formerly of Wilton, died Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2003, at Unity Health Systems Hospital in Muscatine, following a lengthy illness.      Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 8, at the United Methodist Church in Wilton, with the Rev. Michael Biklen officiating. Burial will be in Oakgrove Cemetery in Cranston. Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m.

Joann Elizabeth Stukerjurgen, 29, of Fort Madison, died at 3:20 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 1, 2003, from complications related to a rare muscular disorder at the Fort Madison Health Center.      The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 7 at the Sacred Heart Church in Fort Madison with the Rev.
