Fredrick William "Fred" Wilson, 69, of Spring Grove, Ill., and formerly of Washington, died Dec. 8, 2002, at his home. Mr. Wilson was born Oct. 24, 1933, in Washington. He was the owner of Fred's Mobile Services in Fox Lake, Ill., for 42 years, and was vice president of Artemes Sportsman's Club.
