Penny Davette Glass, 43, of Fairfield, died on Sunday, April 20, 2003, at her home.      The memorial service will be at 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 24 at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield, with the Rev. KEOTA-Richard Forrest Lyle, 84, of Keota, died Friday, April 18, 2003, at his home near Keota, following a lengthy illness.      Funeral services were held this morning at United Church of Faith in Keota, with the Rev. Melinda Chambers officiating. Burial was at Keota Cemetery with military rites accorded by Keota V.F.W. Post No. 4716. A general memorial fund has been established.

WELLMAN-Lula M. Redlinger, 98, of Wellman, died Friday, April 18, 2003, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City following a brief illness.      Funeral services were held this morning at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Wellman, with the Rev. Edna Fyrne Sanders, 90, of Rock Island, Ill., died on Thursday, April 17, 2003, at St. Anthony's Continuing Care Center in Rock Island.      The funeral service will be today at 11 a.m. at Trimble Funeral Home in Moline, Ill., with the Rev.
