Virginia E. Westfall, 80, of Zapota, Texas, formerly of West Point, died at 12:30 a.m. on Monday, April 14, 2003, at Mercy Hospital in Laredo, Texas.      A funeral service will be held in Burlington later this summer. The body has been cremated.

Clifton Eugene Parker, 73, of Portland, Ore., died on April 11, 2003.      The public memorial service was held on April 14 at River View Cemetery. Memorials have been established to the Multiple Sclerosis Association and the Diabetes Association. Arrangements are being handled by Wilhelm's Funeral Home.

Patrick James "Pat" Connelly, 62, of Kirksville, Mo., died on Friday, April 11, 2003, at the Boone Hospital Center in Columbia, Mo.      The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, April 15 at the Travis-Noe Funeral Home in Kirksville, with the Rev. Larry Gibson officiating. Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery in Kirksville, with full military rites. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today

Leona Faye "Toni" Hultsch, 93, of Fairfield, died at 2:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 12, 2003, at the Long Term Care Unit of the Jefferson County Hospital.      The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 15 at the Raymond Funeral Home in Fairfield with the Revs. Jim Wotherspoon and Jerry Caughron officiating. Harold F. Lincoln, 74, of Burlington, died at 9:47 p.m. on Friday, April 11, 2003, at Burlington Care Center.      The funeral will be at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, April 15 at Sts. Mary and Patrick Catholic Church in West Burlington with the Rev. Gerald Stouvenel officiating. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery with military rites conducted by VFW Posts 10102 and 9162, American Legion Post 52 and Hamilton Walters

Garnet Etha Stiles, 96, of Littleton, Colo., died on April 8, 2003, at Hallmark Nursing Center.      The private graveside service will be in the Littleton Cemetery. The body has been cremated. Memorials may be made to the donor's favorite charity. Drinkwine Family Mortuary, Inc., of Littleton is in charge of arrangements.

Warren E. Veatch, 82, of Fairfield, died at 10 p.m. on Sunday, April 13 at Parkview Care Center in Fairfield.      The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 17 at Stockport Methodist Church with the Rev. Michael Renken officiating. Burial with military rites will be in Spencer Cemetery near Stockport. Family visitation will be from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield.

Terry L. Jacobs, 62, of Abilene, Texas, formerly of Mt. Pleasant, died Wednesday, April 9, 2003, at the Abilene Texas Regional Hospital after a short illness.      The funeral service was held in Ranger, Texas. Condolences may be sent to the family at 1202 Desmond Blvd., Ranger, TX, 76470.

KALONA-Alvin Stoltzfus, 93, of Kalona, died Sunday, April 13, 2003, following a lengthy illness.      Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 17, 2003, at 10 a.m. at Lower Deer Creek Mennonite Church in rural Kalona, with the Rev.
