WAYLAND-Dillon John Hertig, 83, of Wayland, died Friday, April 4, 2003, at his home.      Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 8, at Sugar Creek Mennonite Church with the Rev. Raymond Lloyd Cortum, 78, of Wayland, died Monday, April 7, 2003, at Washington County Hospital in Washington following a lengthy illness.      Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 9 at Powell Funeral Home in Wellman. Burial will be in Wellman Cemetery. Visitation will be until 8 p.m. this evening at the funeral home. A general memorial has been established.

Helen Freda Watkins, 95, of Washington, died Monday afternoon, April 7, 2003, at McCreedy Home, following declining health the past three years.      Funeral services will be held at Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington at 2 p.m. on Thursday, April 10, with the Rev. Mary Ellen Prottsman, 74, of Mt. Pleasant, died on Friday, April 4, 2003, at 12:10 a.m. at the Henry County Health Center.Services were held at 10 a.m. today at the Olson Powell Funeral Home, with the Rev. Jeff McPheron officiating. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to the Infusion Therapy Department at the Henry County Health Center.

Jesse Lloyd Stout, 85, died peacefully, at the home of his son, Stephen, on Monday, April 7. He was surrounded by his loving family.      A Celebration of Jesse's life will be Friday, April 11, at 10 a.m. at the Jones-Eden Funeral Home. The Rev. Richard Boyd will conduct the service. His grandchildren will be his pallbearers. Family visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 10, at the funeral home.

Ronald J. Hummell, 75, of Hillside, Ill., died Saturday, March 15, 2003.      The funeral service was April 1 at Berkeley-Hillside Presbyterian Church in Hillside.
