Milburn D. Gerig, 87, of Wayland, died on Monday, April 1, 2003, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City, following a brief illness.      The Gerig family invites everyone to a celebration service of his life at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 5 at Sugar Creek Mennonite Church. The body has been deeded to the University of Iowa School of Medicine. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday,

Evelyn G. Kampmeier, 86, of New London, died at 10 p.m. on Sunday, March 30, 2003, at her home.      A private family funeral service will be today in the chapel of Hass Funeral Home, with the Rev. Monte Knudsen officiating. Burial will be in Burlington Memorial Park Cemetery. There will be no visitation.

WELLMAN-Gladys S. Keaough, 95, of Wellman, died Thursday, April 3, 2003, following a brief illness.      There will be no services. The remains will be buried in Graceland Cemetery in South Superior, Wis., at a later date.

Sharon Elizabeth Kelly, 60, of Mt. Pleasant, died of bladder cancer on Monday, March 31, 2003, at her home.      The memorial service will be at 7 p.m. on Friday, April 4 at the First Presbyterian Church with the Revs. Fane Downs and Edward Peterson officiating. Mary A. Hahn, 93, of Washington, died after a lengthy illness on Monday evening, March 31, 2003 at Washington County Hospital.      The graveside service will be at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 3 in Crawfordsville Cemetery, with Larry Fletcher officiating. Visitation will begin at noon today at Jones Eden Funeral Home in Washington. A memorial has been established to the United Church of Crawfordsville.

Betty White, 75, of Shawano, Wis., died on Sunday, March 23, 2003, at a local nursing home.      The funeral service was on March 28 at the United Methodist Church in Shawano, with the Rev. Jeff Uhler officiating. Burial was in the Woodlawn Cemetery. A memorial has been established to the Shriner Hospitals. Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano was in charge of arrangements.

Henry H. Overlander, 85, formerly of Stockport, died at 4:15 a.m. on Sunday, March 30, 2003, at Parkview Care Center in Fairfield.      The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 2 at Stockport United Methodist Church with the Revs. Mike Renken and Fred Harris officiating. KALONA-Michael "Mike" D. Teets, 38, of Dacula, Ga., died Saturday, March 29, 2003, of an apparent heart attack in Dacula, Ga.      Funeral services will be held Friday, April 4, at 11 a.m. at Kalona United Methodist Church with the Rev. Mike Orthel and the Rev. Dan Teets officiating. The body will be cremated following the service. Visitation will be Thursday, April 3 from 2 to 8 p.m. at Peterseim Funeral Home in

Beulah Pearl Watson, 89, of Lone Tree, died Thursday, March 27, 2003, at the Lone Tree Health Care Center in Lone Tree.      The funeral service was at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 30, at the Sorden-Lewis Funeral Home in Lone Tree, with Loren Yoder officiating. Burial was in the River Junction Cemetery in rural Lone Tree. Visitation was at 1 p.m. Sunday. A memorial has been established at the funeral home in her name.
