Hotle, 74, of Moline, died Friday, March 21, 2003, at Genesis East Medical Center in Davenport.      Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m., Tuesday, March 25 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Moline. Burial will be in Moline Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Esterdahl Mortuary in Moline. Shirley Ann Aplara, 72, of Lockridge, died at 10:45 a.m. on Friday, March 21, 2003, at her home in Lockridge.      There are no services being planned at this time. The body was cremated. Memorials have been established to Lockridge Little League and Lockridge First Responders to be mailed to Bill Aplara, 3258 - 230th St., Lockridge IA 52635. Charlotte Elaine Burden, 63, of West Point, formerly of New London and Mt.
