Jerry L. Langenberg, 59, of Washington, died Friday, Dec. 27, 2002, at his home following a brief illness.      A memorial Mass was celebrated today at St. Thomas More Church in Iowa City, with the Rev. Walter Helms officiating. Burial will be in Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington at a later date. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Washington County or Johnson County Heart Association.

WELLMAN- Sherman W. Butterbaugh, 88, of Wellman, died Friday, Dec. 27, 2002, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City, following a lengthy illness.      Memorial services were held Sunday, Dec. 29, at Wellman Baptist Church, with the Rev. Gene Carpenter officiating. Burial was in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Joetown. A memorial fund has been established for the Wellman Baptist Church and the Wellman Ambulance Service.

Stutzman, 76, of Wellman, died Thursday, Dec. 26, 2002, at University of Iowa Hospitals, following a sudden illness.      Funeral services were held today at Lower Deer Creek Mennonite Church in rural Kalona, with the Rev. Don Patterson officiating. Burial was in Lower Deer Creek Cemetery. A memorial fund has been established for the Parkview Chaplaincy Program.
