Betty Jean Reisener, 75 of Washington, died Friday, Dec. 20, 2002, at Halcyon House in Washington.      Funeral services have were held today at the United Methodist Church in Washington, with the Rev. Neal B. Bottger, 86, of Mt. Pleasant, formerly of West Burlington died Monday, August 13, 2018 at the VA Medical Center in Iowa City. Born January 13, 1932 in Ollie, Iowa he was the son of Gerald V. and Edna H. (Sipes) Bottger. He married Mary Ann Stefamick on September 17, 1955 in Youngstown, Ohio. She died September 18, 1985. Randal Jack Mason, 74, formerly of Mt. Pleasant passed away on Thursday, August 16, 2018, at the Park Lane Care and Rehab Center in Wentzville, Missouri. Randal was born January 24, 1944, in LaCrosse City, Wisconsin, the son of Jack and Norma Mason. Randal was united in marriage to Margie in 1970 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Randal retired the Mt.
