WESTPORT, Conn. - George Kenton Mangold, 77, of Westport, Conn., and formerly of Washington, died Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2003, at his home, following a brief illness.      A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 8, at Saugatuck Congregational Church in Westport, Conn. Fredrick William "Fred" Wilson, 69, of Spring Grove, Ill., and formerly of Washington, died Dec. 8, 2002, at his home.      Mr. Wilson was born Oct. 24, 1933, in Washington. He was the owner of Fred's Mobile Services in Fox Lake, Ill., for 42 years, and was vice president of Artemes Sportsman's Club.

DURANT - Florence A. Coder, 83, of Muscatine, and formerly of Wilton, died Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2003, at Unity Health Systems Hospital in Muscatine, following a lengthy illness.      Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 8, at the United Methodist Church in Wilton, with the Rev.
