MT. PLEASANT - Brian George "Dawg" Mattocks, 28, of Wellman, and formerly of Wayland, died Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2002, as the result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident two miles north of Wellman.      Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 30, at Olson-Powell Memorial Chapel in Mt.
