Perkins, 85, of Conyers, Ga., formerly of Louisa, died on Jan. 22, 2003, at Rockdale Hospital.      The memorial service will be at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 24 at St. Pius X Catholic Church in Conyers, with Father John Kieran officiating. Grace Elaine Peek, 72, of Mt. Pleasant, formerly of New London, died on Sunday, Jan. 19, 2003, at Pleasant Manor Care Center in Mt. Pleasant.      The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 22 at Elliot Chapel in New London, with the Rev. Rod Cooper officiating.
