Cloyce W. Rathmel, 95, of Lone Tree, died Nov. 24, 2002, in the Lone Tree Care Center, following a lengthy illness.      Graveside services will be held at Elm Grove Cemetery, with the Rev. Everett Burham officiating. Military rites will be conducted at the cemetery. Jones-Eden Funeral Home of Washington is in charge of the arrangements. A memorial fund has been established for the Lone Tree Care Center.

Mary Madonna "Donna" Caldwell, 73, of Washington, died Friday, Nov. 22, 2002, at her home following a sudden illness.      Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 26, at the United Presbyterian Church, with the Rev. James Edwards officiating. Burial will be in Elm Grove Cemetery. Visitation began today at Jones-Eden Funeral Home, and continues from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. tonight with the family present.

COLUMBUS JUNCTION - Mary E. Bell, 89 of Davenport, and formerly of Columbus Junction, died Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2002, at University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics in Iowa City.      Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 24, at Stacy-Lewis Funeral Home in Columbus Junction. Herbert Edward Richers, 57, of Los Angeles, Calif., formerly of the Fort Madison and Denmark areas, died on Tuesday, October 29, 2002, in Los Angeles.      The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 22 at the Harmony Bible Church, 21589 Highway 79, rural Danville, with the Rev. Mark Connelly, senior pastor officiating. Burial will be in the Keokuk National Cemetery in Keokuk with full military honors.

Louise C. Moore, 89, of San Antonio, Texas and formerly of Washington, died Monday, Nov. 18, 2002, at Chandler House in San Antonio.      Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 22, at Santa Anna Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the American Lung Association.

Emily M. Perkins, 81, of Conyers, Ga., died on Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2002, at Rockdale Hospital.      The memorial service will be held on Friday, Nov. 22, at St. Pius X Catholic Church with Father John Kieran officiating. Edith Short Reed, 85, of Fairfield, died at 10:25 a.m., Wednesday morning, Nov. 20, 2002, at the Jefferson County Hospital in Fairfield.      The funeral service will be at 10 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 23, at the Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield, with the Rev. WAYLAND - Robert "Bob" Ritz, 69, of Wayland, died Thursday, Nov. 21, 2002, at Henry County Hospital in Mt.
