Milo Bolton "Spud" Rice, 94, of Danville, died at 2:50 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 27, 2002, at the Danville Care Center in Danville.      The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 2 at Elliott Chapel in New London, with the Rev.
