Richard S. Dare, 72, of Washington, died Sunday, Aug. 18, 2002, at Washington County Hospital, following a lengthy illness.      Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 24, at the United Presbyterian Church in Washington, with the Rev. Ron McMenamin and the Rev. Kitch Shatzer officiating. The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Jones-Eden Funeral Home.

LONE TREE - Leslie C. Perezek, 85, of Lone Tree, died Monday, Aug. 19, 2002 at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City, following a brief illness.      Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 22, at Sorden-Lewis Funeral Home in Lone Tree, with the Rev.
