Jan L. Knutson, 59, of Washington, died at his residence Saturday, Oct. 5, 2002, following a lengthy illness.      There will be no funeral services, but the family will receive friends for a Celebration of Life at the Knutson home at 716 North Avenue C from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 12. KALONA - Lewis E.
