Norrgard, 75, of Ottumwa, died at 10:55 a.m. on Wednesday, April 24, 2002 at University Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.      The funeral service was at 1 p.m. on Monday, April 29 at Capitol Hill Lutheran Church in Des Moines, with Bishop Philip Hougen officiating. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery in Madrid.
