ROSWELL, Ga. - James Rae Wilson Jr., 73, of Norcross, Ga., and formerly of Washington, died Monday, June 24, 2002, following a brief illness.      A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 29, at First Christian Church in Albia. COLUMBUS JUNCTION - Robert C. Griffin, 78, of Columbus Junction, died Wednesday, June 26, at University of Iowa Hospitals in Iowa City.      Private family services will being held.
