KEOTA - Jeffrey Jay Stutzman, 25, of rural Keota, died Saturday June 1, 2002, near Ollie, as the result of a drowning accident.      Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 5, at Salem Mennonite Church in rural Wellman, with the Rev. BURLINGTON - Floyd Everett "Tony" Kerr, 84, of West Burlington, died Wednesday, May 29, 2002, at Great River Medical Center in West Burlington.      Funeral services were held today at Lunning Chapel in Burlington, with the Rev. Carol Stufflebeam officiating. Burial was in Aspen Grove Cemetery. A memorial has been established for the West Burlington Fire Department.

Alvin J. Horak, 83, of Washington, died Saturday, June 1, 2002, at his home.      Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, June 6, at St. James Catholic Church, with the Rev.
